Il mare d'inverno è come un film in bianco e nero visto alla tv.... lo dice una canzone di Loredana Bertè!!! Per me rappresenta la pace, il silenzio, il profumo della salsedine ed ha il sapore del sale....
Su queste sensazioni ho voluto creare un menù semplice ma particolare... per vivere di quanto la grande massa blu ci regala ogni volta che ci si accosta a lei!!! Un susseguirsi di piatti come in una passeggiata il riva al mare.....
